I personally would like to wish each and every brother a successful and healthy New Year.  It is my hope that every "ghost" brother of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. in the Greater Houston area will find his way back to "Sigma" and Alpha Beta Sigma Chapter in 2008. Every brother went through an extensive pledge period.  During that pledge routine we raised our right hand and placed our left hand on a bible and vowed to remain true to the blue & white.  In that vow we also pledged to be an integral part of what we felt to be the greatest fraternity on God’s green earth.  We openly committed to uphold our financial responsibilities at all times.  I don’t mean to sound like I’m reminiscing the past, but I believe in that commitment.  I firmly believe that Alpha Beta Sigma carries more potential for being the number 1# chapter in all of Sigmadom.  We can make that happen but we need You! We need every brother who reads this communication to be responsible for bringing someone to our next meeting, held every month on the first Thursday.  Again best of luck in 2008 and May God bless you.
